WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
- STANDARD UPS™ GROUND
Most orders received by us before 11:00 a.m. (EST) usually ship within 2 to 3 days of our receipt providing the merchandise is in-stock at the time your order is processed by our order fulfillment center. Delays will occur if the order is placed on a weekend or holiday, or after 11:00 a.m. (EST). Standard UPS™ Ground delivery time is 5-10 business days† within contiguous 48-States. Please refer to our UPS™ Ground Time in Transit Map. Allow extra time for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, U.S. Protectorates (these include: American Samoa, Baker Island, Guam, Howland Island, Jarvis Island, Johnston Atoll, Kingman Reef, Midway Islands, Navassa Island, Northern Mariana Islands, Palmyra Atoll, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Wake Island) and APO / FPO (overseas Military) addresses. All purchases from Rubber Tree Stamps™, CARL® Manufacturing and Gafix® Arts are shipped separately from remote warehouses at extra cost, and may arrive prior to or shortly following delivery of your shipment from our primary order fulfillment center. Please see our Order Fulfillment Policy for additional information. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks delivery time for Special Orders.

If your order is placed after 11:00 EST on FRIDAY, it will be processed with the following MONDAY's orders. We will send a shipping confirmation e-mail the day your order ships. If you are a registered customer of Wilde-Ideas®, you may also check your order status by visiting our website and clicking the Order Status tab anytime 24/7. We bill only for merchandise that ships, when it ships. If you pay by credit card, your transaction will be "pre-authorized" at the time of checkout. The "pre-authorization" may appear on your credit card statement as a "Hold" transaction. This does not mean your credit card has been debited. We will debit your credit card at the time of shipment and only for shipped merchandise. If you question a charge on your credit card, please contact your credit card issuing company for clarification. If there is a legitimate discrepancy, please contact us. NOTE: If you pay by PayPal, your transaction will be paid-in-full at the time of checkout, just like cash (PayPal's policy, not ours).. If you choose to pay by Mail, Phone or Fax please follow the instructions provided on Page 2 of secure checkout to complete your payment. Wilde-Ideas® reserves the right to cancel any order if it appears to be fraudulent.

Wilde-Ideas® website displays the most up-to-date inventory levels possible on all products we offer. However, due to various technical circumstances, although every attempt is made to ensure sufficient stock on all products we offer, we cannot guarantee availability at the time of your order. Periodically, due to unusually high demand or other circumstances beyond our control, an item may be temporarily sold-out by the time we assemble your order for shipment - even though adequate on-hand inventory was indicated at the time you placed your order. On those rare occasions, the temporarily sold-out item will be canceled / refunded and you will need to reorder at a future date as indicated by the ETA provided on the Sales Receipt / Packing List included with your shipment. Wilde-Ideas® does not offer a backorder service.
ORDER STATUS
We make it easy for you to
monitor your order status online 24 / 7 by clicking the Order Status tab on any
page of our secure web site. Enter the required information (for your security) and your order status will be displayed instantly.
We will send an email Shipment Confirmation the day your order ships. A Packing List and supplemental Sales Receipt are included inside
each shipment detailing the status of each item ordered.

If you have tracked your order from our Order
Status Center and found discrepancies in the delivery date or have not received
your order within 5 business days of its scheduled delivery date, please contact
Customer Care. We will research the location of your order and promptly resolve
the issue.

Transactions paid by PayPal are paid-in-full at the time of checkout and will
be refunded only if orders are canceled - either by the customer
or Wilde-Ideas®.)

CANCELATIONS / REFUNDS Back to Top
We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, orders that
ship same day usually cannot be cancelled once the order has entered the shipment
process.
- For all orders that ship in 24 to 48-hours or more, we will gladly ATTEMPT to process the cancellation, provided the order has not yet entered the shipping
process.
- If the order you wish to cancel has already entered the shipping process, it
cannot be cancelled by you or by our Customer Care department. However, you may
return the item subject to our Returns Policy.
In order to request a cancellation or change to your order, please
contact Customer Care at your earliest
opportunity. Thank you for your consideration.
Refunds for canceled online orders are normally processed within 48 - 72 business
hours of request (Monday - Friday, except holidays). Requests to cancel, return
or exchange shipped merchandise must follow our Returns
Policy.

Wilde-Ideas® offers money-saving promotions at various intervals throughout
the year to our strictly opt-in Sale
Flyer / Newsletter subscribers. All promotions fall under a "While Supplies Last - No Backorders" proviso. Wilde-Ideas® does not "pre-announce"
upcoming promotions for a variety of reasons, and our promotional pricing may
be adjusted frequently to meet ever-changing competitive dynamics. However, Wilde-Ideas®
is willing to make retroactive adjustments in promotional pricing within seven
(7) days of the original purchase preceding the (then current) promotion on an
"as requested" basis. Promotional Pricing adjustments will only be made in
the form of In-Store Credits that can be redeemed online by entering a
special Coupon Code at the time of checkout during
a future order. No promotional pricing adjustments will be made after the conclusion
of any promotion offered by Wilde-Ideas®. Although we make every effort to assure that our prices, products and coupons
are advertised as accurately as possible, we are only human, and in the event
an error is made, we reserve the right to correct it.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we want you to be completely
satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, other than Manufacturer's
Warranty Claim, you are not satisfied with the product(s) you acquire, you
may return or exchange the item(s) within 30-days from date of receipt (except
CraftScape™ Club members who have up to 60 days from date of receipt.).
We have set specific guidelines to ensure a quick and hassle-free return and
exchange process.
- The returned merchandise must be in new, unused and resalable condition inside its
original packaging.
- No returns will be accepted beyond 30-days from date of receipt
(except CraftScape™ Club members who have up to 60 days from date of receipt.).
- Unauthorized returns will be returned, freight collect, to the "Sender".
- All requests for Return Authorization for online purchases must be
submitted using our online Return Authorization Request Form. No Return Authorizations for online purchases will be
accepted by telephone.
- All requests for Return Authorization for phone
or mail purchases may be requested by email or by phoning Customer Care during
regular business hours.
Return / Exchange Terms & Conditions:
1. If the merchandise is defective or does not perform to your expectations, do
not request a Return Authorization without first emailing
Customer Care explaining the specifics as to why you wish to return the merchandise.
If your merchandise is defective, your sole remedy will be a Manufacturer's
Warranty Claim. If your merchandise was lost, damaged or stolen during transit,
your sole remedy is a Loss/Damage
Claim with the appropriate third-party carrier.
2. The Return Authorization Number (RA#) we issue must appear
on the return shipping label, or it will be returned, freight collect, to the
"Sender". Wilde-Ideas® provides a pre-printed return shipping
label with the RA Number already included along with step-by-step instructions
for returning your merchandise. If you are using a return shipping label other
than that provided by Wilde-Ideas®, please address your return shipping
label as follows:

3.The "Sender" agrees to pay return shipping costs plus the cost
of Loss / Damage Insurance equal to the full retail replacement value of the merchandise
being returned. Uninsured return shipments are sent with risk of loss / damage being
borne by the "Sender". Refunds will not be issued on uninsured return
shipments that are claimed by "Sender" as either lost or damaged in
transit.
4. All returns are subject to our physical inspection. The merchandise being
returned must be in new, unused and resalable condition inside its
original packaging. Any parts and manuals must be included and must be in their original
condition. Use of supplies and materials included with product(s) ordered, absence
of manuals, parts, and/or damage to packaging will be deducted from the amount
refunded, and at the sole discretion of Wilde-Ideas®.
Items that do not meet our returns guidelines will receive only partial
refunds:
- Any item that has obvious signs of use: 50% of the item's Manufacturer's Suggested
Retail Price (MSRP).
- Any CD, DVD, VHS tape or software that has been opened (taken out of its
plastic wrap): 50% of the MSRP.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, in its original packaging,
is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: up to 50% of
item's MSRP.
5. Return Authorizations (RA's) are valid for fifteen (15) days from the date
issued. Returned merchandise received after this 15-day period will be refused
and returned freight collect to "Sender".
6. Wilde-Ideas® will apply the original purchase price, less any promotional
discounts, less the actual outbound shipping cost (if the order
qualified for one of our Special Shipping Offers), less a 10% restocking fee†
(†10% restocking fee and difference between Special Shipping Offers and
the actual shipping cost applies to refunds but does not apply to exchanges or
in-store credits. Full actual transportation cost will apply to the re-shipment
of exchanged items.). Refunds on returned merchandise are normally processed within
48 - 72 business hours of receipt (Monday - Friday, except holidays).

LIMITS OF LIABILITY ON SHIPMENTS Back to Top
RISK OF LOSS FOR SHIPMENT OF MERCHANDISE
All merchandise purchased and shipped from Wilde-Ideas® is fulfilled in
accordance with a standard Shipment
Contract. This means that the risk of loss and
title for such merchandise passes to you upon our delivery to the designated third-party
carrier and Wilde-Ideas® is held harmless from and against any and all liability
and costs incurred in connection with third-party shipment loss / damage claims.
As an added service, Wilde-Ideas® provides FREE
Shipment Loss/Damage Insurance up to the merchandise replacement
value on all United Parcel Service™ (UPS™) shipments and automatically
adds Loss / Damage Insurance up to the merchandise replacement value on all U.S. Postal Service (USPS)
shipments. Your entire remedy for lost, damaged or stolen merchandise claims rests
solely with the designated third-party carrier. In the unlikely event your shipment
is lost, stolen or damaged during transit please contact
Customer Care to begin the process of filing your claim with the responsible
carrier.
DELIVERY TIMES Back to Top
Wilde-Ideas® or its subsidiaries make no representation or warranties
of any kind whatsoever for the delivery
times, either published and/or requested, of third-party carriers (UPS®,
U.S. Postal Service, Fed-X®, Airborne®, et-al) and Wilde-Ideas®
is held harmless from and against any and all liability and costs incurred in
connection with delayed shipments. Your entire remedy for delayed shipments rests
solely with the designated third-party carrier. Wilde-Ideas® will act in
the customer's behalf, as requested, to investigate delayed shipments through
the designated third-party carrier. If the third-party carrier is determined to
have been negligent in performing its contracted delivery services, and the third-party
carrier authorizes an adjustment, Wilde-Ideas® will pass the adjustment
along to the customer. If the investigation proves no liability on the part of
the designated third-party carrier for delayed delivery, no adjustment will be
made.

Wilde-Ideas® is a reseller for the manufacturers whose products
we distribute and makes no warranty claims, either expressed or implied in their
behalf, and accordingly, Wilde-Ideas® is held harmless from and against
any and all liability and costs incurred in connection with all manufacturers' warranty claims.
Warranty claims are to be filed with the respective manufacturer(s) whose products
we offer. As an added service, and upon request, Wilde-Ideas® will assist
our customers with warranty-related issues, acting as liaison between manufacturer
and client.
