You are the best.  I tell everybody who wants art and craft supplies that they should go to your site.  Don't know whether they do or not.  Lots of them are scared to buy stuff over the net.  I tell them that you're the place to start, but many of them are chicken. 
Dumb.  What do they think happens when they hand over their credit cards to the waiter after dinner?  Or lunch?  If they're out for breakfast, they're on their own. Anyway, that's a better way to have your CC number stolen than over honest sites on the net.  You're so honest it's amazing.  Well, not amazing.  I'm pretty honest myself.  I got it from my dad. I give Wilde-Ideas all nines and tens, but that is not an exaggeration. I have ordered a lot of things from this vendor, and I have ordered many times; that's what makes my very high ratings so valuable. The company knows that I'm a repeat customer and that I'll continue to be a repeat customer, so they don't have to bend over backwards (the way they do) hoping I'll continue ordering stuff from them. Yet I get the best service---if I were a multi-million dollar customer, I wouldn't get any better service from anyone that I have dealt with on the net. They treat me as if I were rich and could buy everything they offer any time I wanted to. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They are, quite simply, the best. They always go the extra mile, and for someone who hasn't ordered over the internet, this would be a great company to start with. I cannot imagine their not giving this same very high quality of customer service to everyone. They are safe, and your things will be delivered to you in wonderful condition, your things will arrive when Wilde-Ideas says they will, and if you do have a problem they'll fix it. The one thing I did return was defective from the factory, and Sharon Wilde took care of the problem personally and even called me to make sure everything was okay. This kind of help often isn't available at a store you can walk into, and that's why I am so very pleased with all the "shopping experiences" I have had with them. They treat me like family. I think of them almost as family. If I ever were lucky enough to meet Sharon and Jeff in person, I would probably want to adopt them into my real family rather than just keep them as part of my internet family. I have to say that Wilde-Ideas has top notch customer service.  I have had problems dealing with many other companies over the past few years, but never have I had problems with Wilde-Ideas.  Shipping is extremely fast and items are well packed.  If you do have to return something, returns are hassle free and refunds are prompt.  I've used the "Baker's Dozen" program, and it didn't matter that I bought the Xyron cartridges over a long period of time.  E-mails are responded to promptly and courteously. The last two times I ordered from Wilde-Ideas (mid-March and early April, 2005) there was one item that I needed by a specific time. When I called to explain my dilemma (after receiving emails confirming my orders), the staff there went way beyond my expectations in making sure I received what I needed when I needed it. They were pleasant and extremely helpful, and didn't ask me why I waited till the last minute to order something I needed so desperately (such restraint!) I find the website easy to navigate and full of useful information--almost too much so, since I always find more to order than I had originally intended. I've dealt with Wilde-Ideas almost since they started, and while I'm not able to order often, or a lot (at least not as much as I'd like to!), they always respond to me as if I'm a valued friend, not just a customer. What a concept!! The last time I ordered, I inquired about some products I'd been interested in but did not see on the website, and I got an email from Sharon within a few days telling me that one item they carry in the retail store and the other they can order. What more could you ask for? I recommend Wilde-Ideas to everyone I know who has a Xyron or does any crafting or scrapbooking. I found your prices on Xyron machines the best on the internet and in St. Louis Missouri. Wilde-Ideas is a company I had heard of quite a while ago - in the middle of the Xyron frenzy.  I had heard they sold Xyron cartridges at a great price. I can even remember ordering a cartridge or 2 a few years ago - well, when I went to order some cartridges for my Xyron 510 (because it is true, they DO have the best prices) I was SO surprised to see they had expanded into more stamping and craft supplies.  The selection is incredible and the prices are the lowest I have been able to find (and trust me, I shop around!).  They carry everything from ink pads, embellishments to papers and Rollabind disks.  Not only do they have everything you could want in stock, and the best prices around, but the customer service is the BEST.  They get back to you lightning fast with an answer and they don't treat you  like you are imposing on them. Hello there at Wilde-IdeasT! Just wanted to know how pleased I am with my purchases. I ordered a cutting board and hand held cutter and blades (Carl). It is a fantastic cutter! I was previously using a Boston rotary trimmer and the blade got dull, they did replace the blade for me, but it didn't cut the paper, it tore it. YUCK! So have been searching for a good cutter. I do rubber stamping and a good cutter is essential. Anyway, back to the order, I ordered it on the 18th and received it on the 19th. WAY TO GO!!! I never in my wildest dreams expected it that fast, I really appreciate the service. Keep up the good work. You all are the best!

When I placed my first order, I never expected to receive it THE NEXT DAY (or close to it!). The prices for the Xyron refills in stores don't even come close to your price, not even with 40-50% discount coupons! And most of the time, I can't find the refill I want anyway. I recently had occasion to contact your company regarding an error I had made with an order. I called your number and got voice mail and immediately thought to myself, "Oh great. Voice Mail Hell". Imagine my surprise when I received a callback within 60 minutes. I explained the problem with my order and was told that the computer had to be checked and they would get back with me. Again, I was shocked when within 3 minutes I received a callback to inform me that the computer had been checked and that my cartridge would be sent that very same day. I was told I would receive it early the following week. I did, in fact, receive the cartridge when promised. I guess we've become so accustomed to "sloppy service" or non-existent customer service, that when it stares us in the face we hardly recognize it. Anyway, I had to write to let you know how much I appreciated the prompt and courteous service I received. I will continue to purchase my Xyron cartridges from your company. I will also continue to recommend your company. I have told the "amazing story" of what a wonderful response I received when dealing with your company, and will continue to do so. JH
